Customer Guidance
Your photo session will take around 15 minutes until the photographer is happy with the results. The best photograph will be carefully selected, edited to precise guidelines and printed.
There are strict guidelines for China photo requirements, please follow the photographer’s instructions.
Please do not wear white, pale grey or light pastel coloured clothing to avoid blending in with the background. Bright or dark colours, plain or patterned clothing is suitable.
Uniforms or clothing that looks like a uniform, and camouflage attire should not be worn.
Ears must be visible. Please style your hair appropriately, or your visa application will be rejected.
Hair off the face, so that the edges of the face are visible.
Please remove reflective earrings, studs and jewellery.
Please remove your glasses for the photo shoot.
Neutral expression only, no smiling.
Opening Times
Studio open 10am – 3pm Monday to Friday. Out of hours sessions available upon request – advanced notice required.
Please state your preferred time in the Order Notes during checkout.
