Customer Guidance
Your photo session at Cambridge Passport Photos will take around 15 minutes until the photographer is happy with the results. The best photo will be carefully selected, edited and emailed to you. Please let the photographer know if you need your digital photo urgently. I aim to despatch your order within 24 hours.
There are strict guidelines for UK passport photo applications, please follow the photographer’s instructions.
Please do not wear pale grey or light pastel coloured clothing to avoid blending in with the background. Bright or dark colours, plain or patterned is suitable.
Please remove large reflective earrings and jewellery.
Please remove your glasses for the photo shoot.
Opening Times
Studio open 10am – 3pm Monday to Friday. Out of hours sessions available upon request – advanced notice required.
Please state your preferred studio appointment in the Order Notes during checkout.
